Nourish & Move was founded by Nicole. Nicole is a Registered Nutritionist, Sport and Exercise Nutritionist and Level 4 Personal Trainer with experience in providing evidence-based nutrition and health advice to individuals and groups. An avid weightlifter and functional training athlete; Nicole is passionate about empowering others to nourish and move their bodies for life-long health and wellbeing.
